Tipperary will entertain Clare in the Munster U-21 Hurling Championship Final at Semple Stadium at 7.30 next Wednesday evening, August 7.
The match is a repeat of last year’s final in Ennis, which Clare won en route to All-Ireland glory.
Tipp had an impressive 15-points win over Cork in the semi-final in Thurles, but Ken Hogan’s team will face a much stiffer test against the holders.
Clare can boast nine players from the senior panel that has reached the All-Ireland semi-final against Limerick. Padraic (Padge) Collins, Tony Kelly, Colm Gavin and Seadna Morey all featured in last weekend’s win over Galway.
