The final was contested against a very strong Nenagh Ormond team who defeated Bruff RFC in their respective semi-final. The final was an excellent game and the U12 Kilfeacle lads played rugby far beyond their years to win the 26th James Keating Shield by beating Nenagh Ormond 3–1 in the final.
It was a fantastic day’s rugby and a big thanks to all the coaches, parents and players for their contributions on the day.
