St Molleran’s intermediate hurlers start their championship campaign this Saturday with a match againts Clonea.
The team have been preparing for this fixture since January and a mouthwatering encounter is in store between them and near neighbours, Clonea.
The game will be played in Portlaw and throw in will be at 5pm.
Less than 24 hours prior to this game, the junior hurlers take on Portlaw in the same venue.
This is the juniors first outing also as their game against Butlerstown was postponed last weekend. Throw-in will be at 7pm.
Registration forms will soon be available for the summer cul camps, which run this year from August 20.
Last year more than 80 children were enrolled.
Children from all over Carrick-on-Suir participated. So if your are looking for a fully insured and safe place for your children to learn GAA games then the St Molleran’s Cul Camp is the place to do it.
The Club’s May Day draw was cancelled last weekend due to unforseen circumstances and will now take place on the June Bank Holiday Weekend.
The Carraig Hotel/Noel Kelly Senior Hurling Tournament takes place on Sunday, May 20.
Carrickshock face neighbours and fierce rivals Ballyhale Shamrocks in what will without doubt be one of the best hurling matches to take place in the area. The game has a 7pm throw-in and gates will be open from 6pm. Entry will cost just E5.
