The unraced decider produced an upset with Eamonn Cronin’s Soviet Rocky getting up to defeat the unbeaten favourite Montos Kraft by a neck in 29.07 whilst the A3 550 final was won from trap to line by the Matt O’Donnell owned and trained veteran The Other Sky in 30.18.

The fastest time of the session over the standard distance was posted by the even money favourite Pull The Plug which took the concluding Red Mills Getting Out race in 28.84 to gain his tenth career win for Cahir owner Neil Carey and trainer David Whelan.
