Meanwhile, the Musical Society is gearing up for its Good Friday bingo fundraiser at the Strand.
There is a prize fund of nearly €3,000 to be won.
The Socieyt will also have its Easter draw for a prize fund of €3,500 at the bingo night.
Tickets for this draw are still on sale and will be sold on the night.
The society passed a vote of sympathy at its last meeting to the family of Ella Treacy.
Ella was a member of the Society for many years.
It was not so long ago that she used to do the make up at show with her sisters Joan and Alice.
Her husband Noel and her family members were also involved in the Society both on and off stage for many years. May she rest in peace.
