William Madden, Human Resources Director, Merck, Sharp and Dohme (MSD Ireland Ballydine) recently visited the Community Mothers at the Clonmel Community Resource Centre, where he presented Jill Sandvoss (Local Co-Ordinator) with a cheque for €2,000.

This donation is in support of the Community Mothers Programme, which is open to all parents with children up to 5 years and offers support and encouragement, shared experiences and information, primarily through home visits but also through the Mother and Baby Group and the Parent and Toddler Groups.

This programme, which is free and confidential, was set up in 1999 and has seen growing demands for its services since then. MSD is delighted to support this very valuable service in the local community.
