OPEN NIGHT AT OOLA YOUTH CLUB

Last Saturday night Oola youth club will hosted an open night and exhibition of an art project they had completed. It was attended by a member of the Drugs Taskforce who congratulated them on their project. The club would like to thank Mairead Hayes for her help with the art element and Sinead O’Mahony- Carey for her knowledge and help on the drugs research. Anyone wishing to find out more about the club or indeed enrol for September can contact PRO Vivienne Dee or any of the leaders. Also anyone wishing to get involved as leaders or helpers contact Becky Ryan – Vice Chairperson over the summer. The club is now closed until September.

Results:

JFL, Ballybricken/Bohermore, 0-5 Oola,0-1.

This match played in Caherelly on Thursday evening last went ahead despite torrential rain. Ballybricken played with the aid of a strong gale were 0-4 to no score up at half time. Oola did create plenty of chances in the second half but failed to convert them.
