South Tipp Art Group

Congratulations to Kitty whose beautiful painting of Glenary Stream was sold last week from the South Tipp Art Group, (STAG’s) Exhibition at the Arts Centre in Nelson Street, Clonmel. The painting was bought by a Clonmel person who has been living in Cork for the past 40 years. This very popular exhibition,in the Art Gallery downstairs and the Studio upstairs is getting very favourable comments. Attendance is way up also, which the Arts Centre is very pleased with. There is a fun competition running in conjunction with the exhibition for the public to pick their three favourite artworks in the exhibition and these will be collated at the closing of the exhibition at the end of August and an announcement will be made.
