Why not feel better about yourself and start your Bank Holiday weekend with a Tai Chi Workshop?

Why not feel better about yourself and start your Bank Holiday weekend with a Tai Chi Workshop?

YMAA Tai Chi Clonmel has been running Tai Chi classes and workshops in Yang style Tai Chi and Qi Gong in Clonmel since 2004.

This weekend Martin Evans and Mike McCann return from Liverpool to give instructions and guidance to beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.

The club is a community-based club and so provides the classes at the lowest affordable price. There are three sessions, which in total will cost you just €30. It’s recommended that people attend all three so that they stay with the momentum of the workshops and learn as much as possible. If attending all three the price is discounted to €25. If attending Saturday only the price is €20.

Complete beginners are as welcome as people with limited experience. Classes are structured so that all levels are catered for. If you have trained before the club will be delighted to have you and you will find the programme of interest.

The classes and workshop will be held on Friday evening (31st) at Moyle Rovers from 7.30pm (sharp) to approximately 9.30pm; and on Saturday morning (June 1st) at Ss Peter and Paul’s School, Kickham Street, Clonmel from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

For contact/reservations ring Fred at 086-2550845 or Brian at 087-7416336 (please text first, especially during the working day and they will return your text or call you back). You are well advised to book in advance. Wear warm loose clothes, flat shoes, water, bring a notebook and pen and an open mind.
