Double win for Carrick Davins juveniles

Carrick Davins U-16 and U-12 hurling teams were victorious over Mullinahone and St Mary’s respectively last week.

Both matches were played at Davin Park on Monday, July 29 and were watched by a large crowd of Davin Club supporters

The Club’s Senior team are looking forward to their Ó’Riain Cup final match against Munster and county champions Thurles Sarsfields at Clonmel GAA Grounds on Sunday, August 18 at 6.30pm.

The team are wished the best of luck for this game.

Meanwhile, the Club is organising its second GAA skills camp this summer after the success of its Cúl Camp. The three day camp costs €25 per entrant with a discount for family members residing at the same address. Players of all ages and newcomers to GAA and Davin Club can take part.

The Club’s Lotto jackpot prize wasn’t won last week. Three match three winners received €70 each. Numbers drawn were 12,13,15, 16. The Club extends sympathy to the Murphy family, Ard Mhuireon the death of Bridget Murphy (née O’Dwyer).
