ROAD HURLING

ROAD HURLING

A Road Hurling Competition will take place in Grange on June 19. This event is in aid of the Grange Tidy Villages Project. A great day of fun is to be had at this event with other small events also taking place on the day for the non-competitors! The skill is to keep the ball low along the ground, avoiding the ditches, thus gaining more yardage. A club steward follows the teams marking the score, and ensures the rules are not broken. Teams consist of three people with an entry fee of €30. A starting time is to be announced later in the month. Anyone interested in this, please contact John Doheny on 0863200303 and for more information.

GRANGE FIELD EVENING

Reserve Friday, May 27, for the annual Grange Field Evening. Watch this space for more info coming soon!

TIDY VILLAGES PROJECT

The next step in our yearly work will take place on Thursday, May 5, at 7.30pm starting at the hall. All are welcome. We need as much help as possible. A meeting will take place following the clean also. We would encourage as many people as possible to help out that evening if they are free!
