Ardfinnan Tidy Towns would like everyone to keep up the great work in maintaining their own areas and we are available to assist anyone who need our help or might have some new ideas for their area.
Our hanging baskets are started and will be soon ready to go up again.
Once again we ask that everyone keeps our litter campaign alive. It is great to see everyone enjoying the fine weather and making use of the village green and pleasant way walkway. It is also a great time to bring the kids down to the green to see the new goslings that have hatched.
Ardfinnan tidy towns and local FAS workers work hard to plant as much colourful flowers as we can around the village for the summer we would like to encourage people to maybe put up an extra hanging baskets or window boxs this year to help get more colour around the village. It is proven that a tidy and colourful village encourages more tourists to stop in the village which in turn means more business for our shops, bars etc. once again keep up the great work.
