This Friday is the First Friday of the month, a day when we bring Holy Communion to the sick and housebound of our parish. If you have a relative, neighbour or friend who is unable to attend Mass and would like to receive Holy Communion, please contact the Parish Office at 052-6122138.

We are most grateful for the generosity of so many parishioners who have donated €135,249 towards the renovation of our Church. The total cost of the renovations is €875. The loan is €500,000, balance to pay €364,751. Last week donations of €200, €100, €87.50 and €12.50 were received. Thank You.
Fr. Colm O’Brien Memorial Cycle
The Charity Cycle, which started from Ss Peter and Paul’s on Saturday, August 18th attracted cyclists from many different areas and places and was a fitting tribute to the memory of Fr. Colm O’Brien, who contributed so much to Clonmel during his time here. This year all proceeds will go to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. A special thanks to Fr. Colm’s family and friends, who organised this event, and to all whose support and sponsorship made the cycle such a success.
The Irish Ring
The Irish Ring, a concert with the Gaudeamus Choir and Orchestra will be held in Ss Peter and Paul’s Church on Friday, September 7th. at 8pm.
Soloists - Emma Walsh, Soprano, Sarah Ellen Murphy, Mezzo Soprano, David Martin, Tenor, Derek Ryan, Bass. Narrator: Niall Carroll, Lyric FM. The concert is in aid of Ss Peter and Paul’s Renovation Fund. Tickets at €15 are available at the Parish Shop; Marian’s, O’Connell Street And Better by Nature.
The Gloryday Singers (a ladies choir) under the baton of acclaimed Musical Director Kevin O’Carroll are currently seeking new members to join them. Originally a Gospel Choir, they have branched into more contemporary music. Telephone Mary Hunter on 086/3606441 for information.
