SCOIL SAN ISADÓIR
Congratulations to the children of Scoil San Isadóir on their achievements in the Cumann na mBunscoil football competitions in the first term.
Medals were presented to the children by Tipperary County hurler Brendan Cummins, in the local hall, just before Christmas. Many thanks to Brendan, for giving of his time at such short notice.
Thank you to the school for a great night’s entertainment on December 19 - everyone enjoyed “Christmas on a Budget”.
Special thanks to local businesses O’Dwyer Drapers, Friar St. Cashel, and Martin O’Dwyer Butchers in Cashel. Also, to Michael O’Connor, electrician, for sponsoring raffle prizes.
The children sent a total of E606 to a variety of charities in the first term.

Cuardaiocht will take place this Thursday, January 24, at 8pm in St. John’s Church, Ardmayle.

ARDMAYLE HERITAGE SOCIETY
An exhibition of photographs representing thirty years of Ardmayle Heritage Society will take place in Ardmayle Church on Saturday and Sunday, January 26 and 27, from 2pm to 4.30pm.
To celebrate the occasion, senior students from St. Isidores N.S., Boherlahan will exhibit their artistic creations, based on the theme “Heritage”.
You are most welcome to visit and enjoy a cup of tea and a chat.
DUALLA NS BOOK
The old Dualla NS Girls Register for the years 1864 to 1907 is missing from the Parish Archives.
If anyone has any idea of the whereabouts, please let us know. They would be of immense help to us in the printing of the proposed book.
GAA ADJOURNED AGM
The adjourned GAA AGM will be held on Saturday, January 26, at 8pm in Boherlahan Sports Centre.
A reminder that membership falls due now for the year ahead. All players must be fully paid up members before they play. No players will be covered by insurance if they have not done so. Your membership also entitles you to use of the gym facilities in the Sports Centre. Only paid up members will have access. A master file of all paid up members for 2013 will be posted up in the Sports Centre. Contact Ann Flanagan or Betty Stapleton for further details.
Confirmation will take place in Boherlahan on Wednesday, March 20.
ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT
There was a very good response during the month of December. Adoration takes place every Monday at the following times, 10am to 12 noon, 2pm to 3pm and 6pm to 8pm.
The Novena Mass will be celebrated at 10am from this Monday.
PRESENTATION SECONDARY SCHOOL THURLES

A defibrillator training course will take place in Dualla Community Hall on Monday and Tuesday, February 4 and 5, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. The cost of this course will be E25. If interested contact Marguerite Kelly 0877990420 by Friday, February 1.
COMMUNITY FIELD ASSOCIATION
The Dualla Community Field Association will hold their AGM this Friday, January 25, at 8pm in the Denis Leamy Centre, Dualla. All are welcome to attend.
The Dualla Community Field Association would like to thank all who entered the Dualla Christmas Five Mile Fun Run to raise funds for the field. We would especially like to thank Pauline Toomey, who organised the event, for all her hard work in making it the success it was.
The Walking Track in Dualla Community Field is available to all members of the public. The lights on the track remain on until 9.15pm every evening to enable all walkers to have optimal access. All are welcome to use the walking track.
Sympathy is extended to John Geehan and family, Clareen, on the death of John’s mother, Mrs. Ann Geehan (nee Grimes).
Sympathy is also extended to the Looby and Coffey families on the death of Eileen Looby (nee Coffey) recently.

NEW DRAMA GROUP FOR CHILDREN
Drama classes in the Boherlahan Community Hall starting in February. Classes cost €5 each. Your child is guaranteed to have fun, build their confidence and develop their creativity.
