Family Fun Run in aid of River Rescue Fund

A new event, the Boston Scientific 5k Family Fun Run takes place on Saturday, 20th August in Powerstown Racecourse at 6.30pm. This event is in aid of the Carrick-on-Suir River Rescue Fund and all money collected will go to this worthy cause. The run is being organised by Clonmel Athletic Club and the aim is to encourage as many people as possible to participate in this enjoyable event, while at the same time raising much needed funds for this worthy cause.

This run will cater for all levels of fitness, as it is a Fun Event that all the family can participate in at their own pace. There will be bouncy castles and refreshments at the racecourse on the night, as well other attractions. The entry fee is €5 per adult and €10 per family.
