BALLINGARRY JUVENILE GAA

BALLINGARRY JUVENILE GAA

Ballingarry under 8’s travelled to Dr. Morris Park, Thurles on Saturday morning to take part in a county blitz. We had nine players on the day. They did very well by winning two out of their three games. Thanks to the coaches and the parents for all their help.

Under 10’s and 12’s training got under way in the Commons sports field on Saturday morning last and there was a great attendance for both age groups. The kids thoroughly enjoyed being back in action again after the long break. Under 14’s had a fitness training session on Wednesday evening last in the gym in the GAA Centre, and trained again on Sunday and last but not least the under 16’s were due to travel to Dicksboro, Kilkenny for a challenge match on Saturday but due to South trials taking place had to be postponed until a further date. Training for all age groups will continue this week and parents will be notified by text message of dates/times.

If anyone would like to order the new style Ballingarry hoodie they can contact Miriam Walton.
