A conference has been arranged in Kilcoran Lodge Hotel, for December 13 at 8pm. Topics to be discussed will be C.A.P. talks, the budget and economic issues in farming. Guest speaker will be Fianna Fail spokesperson on agriculture Deputy Eamonn O Cuiv. This meeting is open to everyone.

LONELY LITTLE GODS ACRE

Lonely Little God’s Acre - a History of Shanrahan Churchyard by Ed O’Riordan will be launched at the Hermitage Restaurant in Clogheen on Friday, December 14. Gathering 7.45pm for 8pm. CLOGHEEN DRAMA GROUP

The dates for our production are Thursday, Friday and Saturday March 21 to 23. Readings for the play will start on Monday, December 3, and will be ongoing, cast to be decided before Christmas. Readings in St Paul’s Community Centre on Monday, December 10, 8pm. For readings or to get involved in the activities off stage, please attend.

DUHILL DRAMA SOCIETY

Duhill Dramatic Society will perform ‘Rumours’ by Neil Simon, from Wednesday to Saturday, December 5 to 8 in Duhill Hall at 8.15pm. Tickets €10.

VEE ROVERS F.C.

The U13s were away to Clonmel Town B at the Dr Pat O’Callaghan Complex. Goals from Cian Murphy (2) and Shane Crosse, ensured we came home with all three points in a 3-0 victory. The Juniors were away to Burncourt Celtic in the local derby game. Rovers held out for a hard earned victory.
