Celebration - Following the Club’s historic success in achieving its first Adult Hurling County Title in 2012, we are now inviting all our loyal supporters, players, past players and friends to come and join us for our victory social on March 2, in the Clonmel Park Hotel at 8pm.

We will have a buffet meal, medal presentation, dancing to Handipac following which DJ Stephen McGrath will provide disco ‘til late.

Tickets are just €25 and are available from Michael Ryan, Jimmy Ryan, Pakie Larkin, Shane Prendergast and Laura Healy.

Score Prediction - It would be appreciated if you could return your Score Prediction Card if you have it completed. For administration purposes it would make it easier if they are returned as soon as possible.

However, if you have not got your card yet, there is still time - you can download from website or contact any Club officer for a Card without delay.

Thanks to all for the hard work done in recent weeks by the committee who painted the hall. Two walks have taken place last week on Wednesday night at 7pm and on Sunday morning when a group walked from Kilcash to Killurney. The exercise is beneficial as the group are achieving their target on weight loss to date and enjoying themselves as well. You can come along too if you wish and it is the intention to organise a variety of walks in the local woods in the valley of Slievenamon over the coming months.

The draw for the club members’ Spring League is now posted and participants are asked to arrange and play their matches without delay, as the finals are pencilled in before Easter.

This League, as arranged, promises to be a very enjoyable tournament for all.

A.G.M. - The annual general meeting of the Club is arranged for Tuesday, February 26, at 8pm. A full attendance of members is expected for this important meeting.

A big thank you to all of the youth who took the time to write about their experience on the Holly Walk in the Kilsheelan woods before Christmas.

Prizes will be given out very soon to what is adjudged the best boy and best girl entry. In reality everyone is a winner.

KPLAN are putting a booklet together which will contain all of the stories by our youth. This will include past year entries. It is proving to be a wonderful read.

Match three winners last week were: Bernie and the girls, James Walsh, John Coady, Denis Lonergan and L&C Cashman.

Last week’s lucky dip voucher was won by Eddie Sweeney and can be spent at Kool Kutz.

This week’s jackpot stands at €6,000 with draw taking place in Kehoe’s, Kilcash.
