Grange

On Saturday, April 2, the first of the seasonal ‘Spring Clean’ took place. We had a good turn out but we could do with more volunteers to help us out from the Grange Community and hinterland. The Grange Tidy Villages Project is a community initiative and it is for this worthy project to live, the people of the community are asked to come out and help. The work that we do include keeping the village clean and tidy and to eventually be judged for the Tidy Villages Project, which we got a good score in last year, even higher than what we had expected. We want to get an even better score so we implore anyone who has some free time and would like to get involved in this project to come along and help. And of course, a cup of tea and a few biscuits are also going to be served in the hall after every clean up and work.

The next meeting will be held in Grange Community School on Tuesday, April 12, at 7.30pm. We would like anyone who would like to get involved to please come along. We would also like to invite those from the other community organisations to come along that night also. Hoping to see you all there!
