The death occurred on Tuesday morning last, March 29, in South Tipperary General Hospital, Clonmel of Patrick (Pad) Kiely, Galtee View and formerly of Kilcaroon. Pad had lived in Galtee View for a number of years and had made loads of friends. He was a great neighbour always friendly and willing to help if he could.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Pad always kept himself busy and was blessed with good health, he had only been in hospital a few weeks when he sadly passed away. A gentle soul that always took time out to talk when you would meet him. Our sincere sympathies to his loving family, Kitty, his daughters, Breda, Carmel, Lotty, Tina, his sons Pat, Dave, Seamus, his brother Bob, his loving grandchildren, and great grandchild, his relatives and friends who will miss Pad dearly.
His remains were removed on Wednesday night last from St. Theresa’s Mortuary, Clogheen, to the church of the Assumption, Ballyporeen and after Requiem Mass on Thursday morning, Pad was laid to rest with his mother in Kilcrumper Cemetary. May he rest in peace.
The death occurred two weeks ago of Patrick (Pad) Williams, Cooleprivane, Ballyporeen after a short illness. Pad who had reached a great age, he was in his 90th year, had enjoyed life. He was a Christian Brother in his early years and went on to teach in Clonmel, all the time continuing his great love and passion for farming.
A very independent man, he had only stopped driving in recent months, he was deeply religious and attended mass every morning. Pad passed away in St. Theresa’s Hospital, Clogheen, his removal to the Church of the Assumption, Ballyporeen took place on Wednesday night last and after Requiem Mass on Thursday morning, Pad was laid to rest in the church grounds.
Sympathy is extended to his family, neighbours, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.
Sincere sympathy is extended to the Roche Family, Kiltankin, on the death of their loving mother Katherine, who passed away peacefully last week in the loving care of her family in the Corpus Christi Nursing Home in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork. Removal took place on Saturday, April 26, from O’Sullivan’s Funeral home to Kilbehenny Church and after Requiem Mass on Sunday, she was laid to rest in Kilbehenny. May she rest in peace.
Our deepest sympathy to John and Bridget McGrath and family, Galtee View on the recent death of John’s father, Jim McGrath. Jim’s removal took place from his home in Burncourt for Requiem Mass in Burncourt Church and burial took place in the adjoining cemetery. May he rest in peace.
