KNOCKGRAFFON COURSING CLUB - GOLF CLASSIC 2012

Following our very successful golf classic last year, Knockgraffon Coursing Club are once again holding a Golf Classic at Cahir Park Golf Club this Friday, August 10. This year there will be trophies for the first three teams home. There will also be a prize for the leading women’s team. Prizes will also be awarded for the longest drive and nearest the pin. Once again we invite you to enter a team of four, €200 per team. This includes a meal served in the clubhouse. We would also welcome your support in sponsoring a tee box for €25. The Women’s Group are having a Family Day Out - mountain walk on the Comeragh mountains (Boola trek which includes spectacular views of the Boola Lakes) on Saturday, August 25. Our U10’s had a great day in Clogheen last Sunday, August 5, winning a four-team hurling blitz. They won all their matches beating Newcastle, Fr Sheehy’s and Skeheenarinka. Team: Finbarr English, Adam Gallagher, Tom Downey, Conor O’Neill, Diarmuid English, Kevin Cleary, Anna Downey, Kevin Keating, Jason O’Gorman, Diarmuid O’Brien and Laura O’Gorman. Well done all!
