Road Hurling: This Sunday, June 10, sees the second Grange Road Hurling competition take place. Following the success of last year’s competition, hopes are high for a good turn out; and with family concessions available, a fun day out for all the family is guaranteed. Registration begins at 1.30pm in the hall. Hope to see you all there!

Bridge Club Fundraising night: On Monday night, 23rd April, Grange Bridge Club hosted a charity night, jointly supporting the Hospice room at St Teresa’s Hospital, Clogheen and Grange Community Hall. The club welcomed Kilcash Bridge Club as their guests and a great night was enjoyed by all. thanks to everyone who attended. Also, a big thank you all those who brought cakes, prizes for the raffle or contributed in any way to make the night such a success! Results on the night: Blue side: Regina Carroll and Patricia Joyce, Sean Boland and Monica Moriarty. Red Side: Martin Nolan and Tony O’Reilly, Jack O’Donnell and Joan Coady. Congratulations to you all!

Bridge Game continues every Monday night in Grange Community Hall at 7.30pm and all are welcome. Results for 21st May: Fr. Garrett Desmond and Seamus O’Dwyer, Breda O’Gorman and Mary Hally.

Sympathy: we extend our sincere sympathies to the Lonergan, Quinn and Costigan families of Newcastle and Grange on the sad passing of Mary Lonergan, Greenmount Newcastle. May she rest in peace.
