BALLYBACON/GRANGE GAA CLUB
We played Cahir on Sunday, May 13 in the Championship in Clonmel. We were against a strong wind in first half and there was little between teams in first twenty minutes but near half time we opened up gap with goals from Alan O’Gorman and Daniel O’Regan. Cahir replied with a goal approaching half time to leave score at 2-8 to 1-5. We had the aid of the breeze in the second half and scored good points through out the half to emerge winners on 2-21 to 1-7. This was a good win for us with six points from three rounds and we are in good position with four games left to play.
