ANN POWER ANNUAL 
MEMORIAL 5K

The 18th Ann Power memorial 5K will take place on Friday, May 31. Entry fee is E5 per person and can be paid at the community centre on the night. The Ann Power memorial shield will be presented to the walker who predicts nearest to their time how long it will take them to walk the course.

The current leader of the prediction competition is John Fitzgerald on 42 points. For the second month running Antoinette Cunningham holds second spot with 37 points with JJ Coffey dropping from the lead to third position on 36 points. WIZARD OF OZ

The wonderful musical ‘Wizard of Oz’ will be staged in Modeligo on Friday, May 31, and Saturday June 1. Caroline O’Connor is producer with Mikie Barret conducting the orchestra. There will be upwards of 60 children and young people on stage so come along!.
