The upgrading of the facilities at Larkspur Park Tennis Club is now complete and the improvements in the complex have been described by the club members as both dramatic and very satisfying for all members and each of the four sporting sections of the club.
A spokesperson for Larkspur park says that a great deal of thanks is due to the planners and the contractors who executed the development plan and carried out all the work to such a high standard over the last few months. Everyone is ready to get back on their familiar playing grounds.
The park is now back in play with all facilities working and the committee are looking for memberships as quickly as possible. Much money has been spent on the upgrading works and it has to be paid for. Everyone is asked to support this request from the club.
Members are requested to get their annual subscriptions paid to treasurer, Rosemary Maher, or any committee member in the very near future.
The committee hope that you come along and enjoy the new Larkspur Park and that you have many enjoyable games of pitch and putt, tennis, badminton and squash for many years to come.
The Juvenile Club Championships will take place in Larkspur Park next month, from June 3 to 22.
Entry forms are now available from the coaches and are also available on the notice board in the Nissan Hut.
