Under 14’s defeat Fethard
The under 14’s had a very good victory on Monday evening in the field against Fethard. This was a very enjoyable game of football and it was an all round team performance with a very exciting brand of football being played.
Congrats to all involved in the minor victory against Clerihan in Ned Hall Park on Sunday especially Stephen Morgan and the lads who have worked hard.
The club is running a VHI Cul camp this summer anyone interested in taking part please contact any member of the committee to register.
Juvenile GAA Club Cards
Results of 25 drive on Monday 9th May: Two couples with nine games shared the winnings for this week i.e., James Murphy
and Mary Whelan, Michael McCarthy and Michael Martin. Lucky Table Tommy Beary and Michael Murphy. Cards continue every Monday night in Ballylooby Hall at 8.30pm followed by light refreshments and profits go towards the Juvenile Club.
Ballylooby/Parent and Toddler Group
Support the toddlers from Ballylooby/Parent and Toddler Group in the Danone Big Toddle for Barnardos, walking on Monday 23rd May at 10.30am – 12.30 in Glengarra All over Ireland thousands of toddlers are in training for the DANONE BIG TODDLE FOR BARNARDOS and in Co. Tipperary the toddle team from our parish Ballylooby are making sure they are in tip-top shape for the challenge ahead. So far these inspirational tots have raised €100. and joined Barnardos in its attempt to reach its toddle target of 12,000 miles. Special Card Game.
The Carroll family, proprietors of the Hill Bar, Barrack St., Cahir have organised a special 25 drive for the Joe Doyle Fire Fund on this Thursday 19th May at 9pm. Your support will be appreciated.
Duhill Community Council A.G.M.
The recent AGM for Duhill which was to have taken place recently is now re-scheduled to take place on Wednesday 25th May at 8pm. New members very welcome.
Day Trip on the Shannon/Lough Derg.
On Wednesday 1st June before the summer recess club members are taking a cruise on the Ku-ee-tu Water bus on Ireland’s pleasure lake, Lough Derg. Duhill Heart-safe Group
There was a good attendance at Refresher Training Course for Duhill Heart Safe Group on Friday last in Duhill Hall. Gerry Barry will be along next year to give another up-date/training course to the group.
