Kilsheelan Kilcash

Woddle Toddle Play is continuing for the 1 to 3 year olds onTuesday and Thursday from 10.30am to 11.30am for July and for the last three weeks in August, costing €E6 per session or €E10 for two sessions. Advance booking is necessary. Montessori will re-open on Wednesday, August 29, at 9.10am.

We congratulate David Power who masterminded back to back Munster Minor Football Title wins for Tipperary in Limerick last Sunday and also Bill Maher who gave a brilliant display.

Next Sunday Bill will make history as the first Kilsheelan man to captain a Tipperary team when he leads out the Minor hurlers in Cork to take on Clare. It is indeed a wonderful and deserved honour for Bill, his family and the Club as he bids to do the double. Best of luck Bill - no doubt a large Kilsheelan support will be there to cheer your side on.

Well done to last week’s Golden Goal winner Peter Moore. 13 was the lucky number in the Munster Football Final this week and next week the competition will be based on the Tipperary V Waterford clash in Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

The Score Prediction is now updated on the website following Wimbledon. Paudie O’Keeffe is still in the lead but there is little separating the front-runners.

We wish Colm Sweeney well as he left for foreign parts last week and hope he will enjoy the experience.

In the U/12 Premier Games hurling competition, Kilsheelan-Kilcash have entered two teams, in order to give as much game time to as many players as possible. The Blue team had wins over Ballybacon-Grange and Mullinahone in their first two games. The Gold team lost to a very strong Cahir team in their first outing and were also defeated by Clonmel Og following a very spirited second half.
