BOHERLAHAN PARISH COUNCIL
Elections to the Parish Council will take place in the coming weeks. Ballot papers are currently being distributed. Please return ballot papers to the church in the porch or return to a member of the outgoing council. The outgoing officers are Mary Donnelly, Julia O’Dwyer, Hannie Maher, Lisa Stapleton and Paddy O’Dwyer. These officers are automatically members of the new Council. CAMOGIE CLUB AGM
Will take place on Thursday, December 6, in the Sports Centre at 8pm. Good attendance is requested. CRAFT FAIR
Will take place on Saturday, December 1, from 9.30am to 12.30pm at Thurles Greyhound Stadium. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul. All are welcome. Your support would be appreciated. CHRISTMAS PARTY
The parish Christmas Party will take place on Sunday, December 9, commencing with Mass at 4pm followed by dinner, music and craic. Please hand in replies to all invitations by this Sunday, December 2. If anyone wishes to help, please give your name to Mary Donnelly, Julia O’Dwyer or any member of the Parish Council. CONFIRMATION
We started our programme of preparation for the Sacrament. Masses of Commitment: Dualla Church on Saturday, December 1, at 6.30pm and Boherlahan Church, Sunday, December 9, at 11am. Confirmation will take place in Boherlahan on Wednesday, March 20.

Bingo continues every Monday night in Boherlahan. Prize money is E1,700 nightly so do come along. Also, with the Christmas season approaching, there are extra spot prize giveaways on the night.

Plans are continuing to launch a book on Dualla NS. We hope to include stories and memories of past and present students. We hope to have all our material in by the second week of December.
If you would like to be part of this noble endeavour, please put pen to paper as soon as possible. Items can be handed in to the school or to any member of the committee. ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENTS
Times in both churches are: Immaculate Conception Church, Boherlahan, on Monday 10am to 12noon, 2pm to3pm, 6pm to 8pm. Our Lady of Fatima Church, Dualla, on Friday 3.30pm to 6.30pm.

We are sorry we could not accommodate everybody. We had to stay with the day and times most suitable to people. We hope to start Adoration in Boherlahan on Monday, December 3, and in Dualla on Friday, December 7.
