Tickets go on sale this Friday for Brewery Lane Theatre’s latest play, the topical comedy “Tons of Money” ‘that opens its eight night run on March 24..
Tom Nealon is directing the Alan Ayckbourn play that tells the story of a high spending couple in 1920s England, who fall on hard times but try to keep up appearancesin their country mansion with servants and hatch a plan to pay of their debtors that includes faking a death.
There scheme doesn’t go to plan, of course, and there are complications that force them to take drastic steps.
Colm Power and Vivienne Coughlan play the two lead characters the grandly named Aubrey Henery Maitland Allington and his wife Louise.
Supporting them are a strong line up for fellow Brewery Lane Drama Group members. including Brian Coady, Denis Barry, Walter Dunphy, Neil Maclean, Dean Sullivan, Claire O’Regan, Maria Clancy and Clare Smith.

The show starts at 8.15pm each night and runs until Saturday, March 31.
