St. Mary’s Christmas Tree Festival in Tipperary town takes place from December 19 to Christmas Eve from 2pm - 7pm to celebrate 180 years old anniversary celebrations.
The Christmas tree festival involves local organisations, groups and businesses providing and decorating a tree with some promotional material and also incorporating a theme, which is the carol, ‘Away in a Manger’.
Admission is by voluntary contribution and light refreshments are available. We are most grateful to Tipperary Co-op who is sponsoring this year’s festival. If any one would like to volunteer a few hours of their time to assist in running the festival we would love to hear from you Mike O’Meara festival organiser 0871810498.
