JIMMY CLEARY R.I.P.
The death occurred recently of Jimmy Cleary, Massachusetts, and formerly Heathfield, Clogheen. Jimmy had a great love for his native town and he visited Clogheen just last year and met up with his many good friends and old school mates. Jimmy is survived by his wife and family, his sister Kitty O’Brien, Clonmel, and his brother Paddy, U.S.A. He was predeceased by his brother Jack.
Congratulations to Eoghan Halley and Patricia Flanagan who were married recently in Strokestown, Co Roscommon. Patricia is a native of Roscommon, and Eoghan is son of Miriam and Fred Halley, Cooldevane, Clogheen. Following their honeymoon touring the U.S.A. the happy couple will return to Australia where they are resident for a number of years. We wish Eoghan and Patricia a long and happy life together.
Deepest sympathies are extended to the Morgan family Garrymore, Clogheen, on the death of Harry’s father Timothy who passed away suddenly at his home in Ballyvolane, Co Cork. May he rest in peace.
