Well done Garreth - this is not only a great achievement for Garreth but also Larkspur Park Tennis Club.

His fellow team and tennis mates will be nipping at his heels during the summer season of open tournaments to reach the dizzy heights of top grade in the province.

Congratulations also to Ursula Ryan and Benny Dudley who took part in the Munster Open Veteran’s Tournament in Sunday’s Well, in Cork, from April 26 to 28.

Benny also competed in the over 45 singles and after beating stiff local competition, lost to the eventual winner in the quarter final.
