St.Michael’s Schoolboys

Our only game last week was our under 15s away to Clonmel Town B in the league. This was a solid performance from the start . We made a quick start to the game and from there we controlled it. Our keeper and back four of Jimmy Ryan, Lorcan O’Meara, Joe Griffey, Zac O’Halloran and John Perdue gave little away, with the midfield of Shane Ryan, Kieran Breen, Mark Furlong and William Armshaw were always on top and the front two of Cian Murphy and Luke Quinn were too quick for the Town back four. Cian Bargary, DJ Cremins, Paudie Hickey and Conor O’Dwyer all had fine games too. Luke Quinn had his scoring boots on with seven goals, also Willie Armshaw with a hat-trick and Mark Furlong with two were the goal scorers.
