Arravale Rovers GAA training has started for the senior footballers and U21 team, the U21 football championship is starting next weekend.
Well done to Tommy Lowry who is on the Tipperary minor football panel, they have played a few challenge games so far as they prepare for the championship.
Arravale Rovers victory social is on Saturday February 22 in Aherlow House Hotel and it is advised to purchase your tickets now from Darren Lowry or Tadgh Duggan.
The National Club draw is underway and tickets are available from any committee member, tickets cost €10 and there are fantastic prizes to be won including the top prize of a trip to Australia with the International rules team.
Juvenile training continues each Saturday morning from 10 to 12 with ages ranging from 6 to 12. Everyone seems to be having a great time playing hurling and football. New players are more than welcome to attend each Saturday morning.
Scor na Paisti will go ahead next Sunday, February 16 at 1.30pm in Sean Tracey Park. If any one wants to partake in the competition this year contact Christine Lonregan for more details.
Under 14 Football has started on Monday evenings at 7 to 8.15pm. Any one interested in playing under 14 football can come along for practice.
Under 12 football is starting Tuesdays 7 to 8pm and under 14 hurling get underway every Thursday evenings from 7 to 8.15 pm. Every one is welcome to attend if they have an interest in participating in these teams.
Under 16 Football is also staring on Friday evenings from 4pm.
