BOHERLAHAN DUALLA HISTORICAL JOURNAL SOCIETY
Eucharistic Congress 1932: The Society needs your help in preparing an article for the 2012 Historical Journal to commemorate the Eucharistic Congress of 1932. Did some member of your family attend the Congress in Dublin in June 1932? Did you have a relation who returned from abroad to attend? Did you learn about badges or images being worn or displayed, or the raising of the National or Papal emblems at home, in school or at church? A recollection that may seem insignificant may be of great importance. Contact Tom Ryan (087) 7497541 or (0504) 41222.
RMS Titanic 1912: Have you a family link to any person who sailed, or missed the sailing or saw the Titanic? The Society wishes to record those links. If you have any information, however insignificant, contact Paddy O’Dwyer (087) 7596294 or (0504) 41253.
