Top acts lined up for Carrick-on-Suir’s Clancy Festival

The High Kings, De Dannan, John Spillane and The Mandalos will be the high profile traditional and folk acts headlining the Clancy Brothers Music & Arts Festival in Carrick-on-Suir over the June Bank Holiday Weekend.

Preparations are well underway for the fifth annual celebration in memory of the famous Clancy Brothers folk singing group from William Street, which runs from Thursday, May 31 to Monday, June 4.

Clancy Festival PRO Claire O’Regan said Carrick-on-Suir will be “billowing at the seams” with concerts, art exhibitions and installations, open air gigs, family fun days and sporting events during festival.

And tickets for all festival events go on sale at Carrick-on-Suir Heritage Centre from today (Wednesday) April 25.
