The Bobby Power Commemorative Cycle in aid of the Irish Pilgrimage Trust starts and finishes in Carrick-on-Suir next Sunday, September 16.
There will be a choice of two routes – 50km and 100km.
The 50km route will take cyclists to Faugheen, Lissa-dobber, Ballyneale, Ballypatrick, Killurney, Ormond Stores, Kilsheelan, Glen, Churchtown, Carrickbeg.
And the 100K route will bring cyclists to Faugheen, Lisadobber, Ballyneale, Bally-patrick, Ormond Stores, Kilsheelan, Clonmel, Rath-gormack, Feddans, Mahon Bridge, Kilmacthomas, Cur-raghmore, Clonea-Power, Feddans, Garravoone, Carrickbeg.
Entry fee for the cycle will be €30, and €20 for under 18s. Sponsorship cards are available on request.
Registration takes place at the Swan Club, Fairgreen, Carrick-on-Suir from 8 am on Sunday. The cycle will leave the Swan Club at 9am. Light refreshments will be provided on each route and again at the finish.
