Rosary and prayers for the dead in Clerihan Cemetery each Sunday during November after 10.30am Mass. Weekday masses during November, Monday to Friday 9.30am. Evening mass for the faithful departed on Wednesday and Friday at 7.30pm during November. Sunday, November 25, 10.30am mass will be offered for all who died during the year. 30 Masses will be offered for those whose names are included in the lists of the dead during the month of November. Envelopes and lists available at back of the Church. Please hand in your November Offerings as soon as possible.


Clerihan GAA club are holding a table quiz on Friday, November 23, in the Park Hotel. Tickets still available. E50 for a table of four. Substantial prize fund on offer for winners. Our minor girls team had a win on Sunday against Upperchurch to put them into the county final, a huge success for the club considering it’s the first ever minor girls team from Clerihan. The club would like to take this opportunity to thank all the girls for the brilliant effort and Paddy Murphy for all the hard work behind the scenes. Scorers were Eilleen Flannery, Emer Lyons Elaine Butler and Rachel Hennessey also in the squad Hollie Corcoran, Meadbh Corr, Amy Gillman, Aoife Conway, Kate Cooney, Aisling Barry, Mairead Browne, Mairead O’Donnell, Molly Moclair, Aisling Ryan and Roisin Mulcahy.
