Last Saturday hopes were increased for 2013 when an U13 side travelled to a Blitz in the West and returned with the spoils. The side was made up of the younger members of the U14 side with some U12s. On Saturday the local U13s took on Clerihan, Rockwell Rovers and Galtee Rovers and came home with the laurels. Among the older members of the team were Eoin Brett, Bailie Grace and Oisin McNamara.
