On Sunday, February 3, we meet at Delaney’s Cross for our 17th meet of the season and on Sunday, February 10, our 18th meet of the season will be in Laffansbridge. All meets will be at 11am.

PARISH LOTTO

There was no jackpot winner on Tuesday, January 22, when the numbers drawn were: 8, 9,11 and 21. Six players matched 3 numbers and won €20 each. The Jackpot will be €1,500 for our next draw on Tuesday, February 5.

WHIST DRIVE

The next Whist Drive in Drangan will be the Community Centre Whist Drive on Monday, February 4. New players are always welcome to come along.

There was no Jackpot Winner on Tuesday, January 22, when two players matched 3 numbers and received E50 each. They were Robert Hackett Fethard and Ciarán, Aodhán & Conor Maher, Curraheen. Spin The Wheel contestants drawn were: Brian O’Halloran, Drangan and Paddy McGrath, Carrick on Suir.

The Jackpot will be €1,600 for our next draw on Tuesday, February 5, at 9pm. All are welcome to attend the Lotto Draw in the clubrooms at Anner Park. You can now play St. Patrick’s GAA Lotto by logging onto our website “stpatsgaa.ie” and also receive our free fortnightly newsletter. This may be of special interest to those with family or friends away.

We remind all GAA members that the membership fee for 2013 is now due and should be paid to Treasurer Micheál Broderick or Secretary Catherine Mockler as soon as possible. €50 for adults and €25 for members who were under 18 on January 1 and also for full time students. Only fully paid up members will be included in draws for Munster and All Ireland Championship games.

Our U21 footballers Anner Gaels are in training for the first round of the championship which is expected to be on Saturday, February 9.

The South and County GAA Boards are recruiting new referees and would welcome interested persons to attend a course in Mid February. Anybody interested is asked to contact Club Secretary Catherine Mockler.

A meeting of St. Patricks GAA Club will be held in the club rooms at Anner Park Cloneen this Thursday, January 31, at 9pm.

The February County Board draw will be held this Saturday, February 2, in Larkin’s Lounge, Garrykennedy, hosted by Portroe GAA Club. We ask members to bring subscriptions up to date this weekend.
