KNOCK PILGRIMAGE

The annual pilgrimage of Our Lady’s Sodality to Knock shrine will take place on May 29 and 30.

PIONEER NEWS

Dinner Dance.

Our annual Dinner Dance takes place on Saturday, April 21, in Dundrum House Hotel, Tickets are E25 from Mary Morrissey on 087- 2954891 or any Pioneer Centre member.

RETREAT

This year’s Retreat will be held in St Patrick’s College Thurles on Sunday, April 29, from 9.30 am to 5.30pm. Directed by Father John Egan, the Retreat costs E35 including lunch and afternoon tea.

KICKHAM GAA SENIOR CLUB NOTES.

Kickham Gear.

We have just got this years order of Kickham togs from Juvenile to Adult as well as Socks and Kickham Gear bags in Small and large, For details ring Sean on 087-2646441

Membership.

We are again calling on all involved in the club to please pay their membership fees as soon as possible. Contact Margaret Hayes, Michael Shanahan or any club officer to pay same. You are not covered by insurance until membership is paid. Adult players E50, U18 E10, non player E25.

Senior Hurling.

Our seniors travelled to Cappawhite on Saturday last to play neighbours Eire Og Annacarty in the first round of the West Senior Hurling Championship, but were well beaten on the score Eire Og 2-19 Kickhams 1-12. The team and management are very disappointed with the display on the day and know that a lot of improvement is needed if we are to any chance of progressing further in the competition. West Tipp Panels.

Congratulations to all in the club who made the West Panels

West U14: Michael McCormack, Kieran Breen, Nathan Ryan, Ger Browne.West U15: Padraig O`Carroll.

West U16: Killian Loughman, Brendan Ryan.

U12 hurling.

The three U12 teams travelled to Littleton on Good Friday for an evening of hurling and a great time was had by all.

In up coming fixtures the U12 C`s play Lattin in Dundrum on Wednesday 7pm. This is refixed Rd 1 game from 25/3/12

CAMOGIE NOTES

Training time change.

Training for all Juvenile Girls U6 - U15 takes place next Friday Morning 11am to 12.30pm. All please attend *note change of time*

Junior.

The Junior Ladies Played Holycross in the 2nd round of the League last Monday in Dundrum. Training continues every Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
