U13 Garda Plate hurling Rockwell Rovers V Rosegreen (date to be confirmed) on Saturday, September 1, at 10.30am in Rosegreen.

West U12F Hurling Plate - Our U12F team, which is essentially our U10 team, had a fine victory over Galtee Rovers in the West U12F plate knockout last Monday, August 20, in Golden. Final score 2-2 to 2-1. Every player and all the substitutes played out of their skin and the future looks bright for our club and also the camogie club.

U16 B Hurling - Hard luck to our players who were beaten by Galtee Rovers last Friday 24 August in Bansha. Final score 2-9 to 3-13. Scorers Christopher Hickey (0-7), Padraig Ryan (2-0), Owen Cleary (0-1) and Colm Moloney (0-1).

West Title - What a great day the club had last Saturday, August 25, in Dundrum, winning our first ever West Intermediate hurling title. This victory over Sean Treacys secured the Danny Leahy Cup. This team is full of character and leaders with some of the younger players really catching the eye. They know how to dig deep when the pressure is on and team spirit is excellent. There was a great turn-out from the parish and a carnival atmosphere prevailed when the final whistle was blown.

Minor B Hurling - Well done to our players who had a great win over Cappawhite in Cappawhite last Sunday 26 August. Rockwell/Rosegreen 2-12 Cappawhite 0-13.

Members’ draw - confined members’ draw will take place on Thursday, August 30, in the clubhouse at 9.30pm.
