Tea-Dance - Much thanks to all who attended the dance on Saturday night last, to all who baked, gave spots, to the hard working committee who will have a rest now unti January when “Sam2 will play at the next dance. (No dance in December)

Birthday greetings - Were in order for Mary Connors who celebrated a special birthday with her friends in the Daycare last week, greeting also to Tom Quinn, Fr. Callahan Park who celebrated his 70th birthday on Sunday last 4th November, he celebrated with family and friends. Many more happy birthdays to both of you.

Twins were Two - On Saturday last 3rd November, Hannah and Recheal Ryan (B), Ballyhane, celebrated their 2nd birthday with a party in their own home with their little sister Abby.

Speedy Recovery - To Tom Allen who underwent surgery in the Regional Hospital, Limerick recently and all in Cappa and Donohill hope to see him home and as good as new very soon.

Football - Cappawhite Ladies Football girls who won their match on Sunday last in Cahir against Slievenamon by 2 / 6 to 0 / 4. Good girls you are!

Sincere Sympathy - To the Corbett family, Newtown, on the death of Paddy Corbett.

Paddy’s remains were interred in Anacarty cemetery on Saturday last November 3rd.

Sympathy to the family of the late Margaret O’ Dwyer, Greengort, Cashel on the sudden death of their Mam Margaret, special sympathy from Cappawhite Bingo committee who were so friendly with Margaret and will miss her smiling face at the Bingo each Friday night.

Images of Cappawhite - Work continues on the proposed Book of Photographs. People are encouraged to search basements, attics and shoeboxes. Members of the committe will visit in the coming weeks. It is hoped that photographs will be scaned in our homes.

A.G.M. - The Cappawhite G.A.A. Club A.G.M. will be on Sunday 11th November at 6.00 p.m. in the Resource Centre. Motions and nominations to be given to the secretary Liam Treacy on or before Thursday 8th November.

‘45’ - Cappawhite G.A.A. are organising card games in the Resource Centre (Day Room) on Sundays from 7.30 to 10.00 p.m.

It is only €2 to enter and it is six players per table. Winner of each game qualifies for the final prize. Tea served. All welcome.

Story Telling & Music - In the Resource Centre MickBest of luck to the Cappawhite N.S. boys Under 13 football team who will play in the County Final on Thursday November 8th.

The match will be played against Lorrha N.S. at 2.10 p.m. in The Ragg. All support is welcome.

Hanly will deliver an evening of Story-Telling and his own Music on Saturday 17th November at 8 p.m.

All are welcome but places are limited. No entry charge; a small contribution is requested.

Bingo - Cappawhite Anniversary Bingo will be held on Sunday 25th November at 3.30 p.m.

There will be double prize-money and Christmas prizes. A bingo not to be missed!
