THE LATE NOEL REDICAN
The death took place last weekend of Noel Redican, Ballyryan and late of Limerick Junction. Son of Paddy and Breda and an employee of Irish Rail, he was also a member of St. Nicholas AFC, Sologhead GAA Club while his other sporting passion was his love of greyhounds. His remains were removed from Whelans Funeral Home, Tipperary, on Tuesday evening, March 19, to St. Nicholas Church Sologhead. Requiem mass on Wednesday was celebrated by Fr. John Morris assisted by Fr. Pat Burns followed by internment in St. Michaels Cemetery Tipperary. Members of Sologhead GAA Club, St Nicholas AFC and colleagues from Irish Rail provided a Guard of honour on both days. A vote of sympathy was passed to the Redican family by the Monard Hall card group.
