A huge crowd gathered at Carrick Swan Juvenile Hall last Saturday for the Club’s Cheerios Childline Breakfast Together Morning, which raised €1326 for the ISPCC’s free phoneline for children.

Swan players from U-6 right up to seniors attended the fund-raiser as did non-playing members and Swan supporters,

All funds raised by the event will help Childline volunteers answer more calls to vulnerable children and young people in Ireland who have nowhere else to turn. The Club thanks all who supported the event and all the volunteer helpers and sponsors. It particularly thanks the Club’s Children’s Officer Mary Barrett for all her hard work in organising the breakfast morning and also Colm O’Sullivan for promoting the event. The Club hopes make the breakfast morning an annual event.
