A.G.M. POSTPONED

The A.G.M. of Mullinahone C.J.K. has been postponed to Friday, January 11. Nominations for club officers for the coming year have to be resubmitted. Nomination papers have been distributed to members and must be returned to Club Secretary, Eddie McCarthy before Friday, December 21.

CAROL SERVICE

The Christmas season began in Mullinahone on Sunday evening with a Carol Service in St. Michael’s Church. The Service was provided by our parish choir. The church was full and the service was enjoyed by all.

LADIES FOOTBALL

Mullinahone Ladies Football have had a great 2012. They won the U14C County Championship, the County U16C Championship and the County C Junior League. The ladies will be presented with their medals at a ceremony in the G.A.A. Hall on Saturday at 6pm. The medals will be presented by Tipperary All-Ireland Minor hurling stars. An update from the County A.G.M. will be given and the Christmas Hamper draw will take place.

ST. VINCENT De PAUL

The Society would like to establish a branch in Mullinahone. It can only be formed if local parishioners volunteer to take part.

BONDING WITH EMIGRANTS

During the 11.30am Mass on Sunday, December 16, we will remember our emigrants. The parish is dependent on families to submit names of their emigrants for inclusion on the list.

The Winter collection for the priests and retired priests of the Archdiocese will take place this weekend, December 15/16.
