Senior infants at Presentation Primary School will stage the annual nativity play for their parents in the school hall next Tuesday, December 18.

It will the highlight of a busy week of fun for the school’s pupils ahead of their Christmas holidays.

The nativity play is always a wonderful event for the children and this year’s event is no exception.

The school’s little actors have been very busy rehearsing and they are wished the best of luck.

A Christmas quiz is being organised by the Parents Association on Tuesday evening Thursday, December 18 at 7pm.

It will feature fun festive questions, treats and the odd brain teaser.

All Presentation NS children from 3rd class upwards are welcome to attend.

It will be followed on Wednesday morning by a visit from a very special guest from the North Pole.

Even though he’s very busy, Santa has promised to drop into the Presentation with a surprise for every child.

Meanwhile, the School thanks all the parents and local sponsors, who supported its Christmas raffle.

Funds raised help to make all these events possible and are used to subsidise vital school projects such as swimming lessons in the new year.
