A workshop titled Enhancing your Relationships will take place on Saturday, March 22 from 9.30–5pm in the Resource Centre, Kickham Street, Clonmel. This workshop is designed to give you space to look at the important relationships in your life - self, personal, family/friends and work. You will see how your relationships are currently and how you can make adjustments to enhance them. The day will focus on the positives.

55 Social Club

The club’s monthly get-together will be held at The Coachman in Parnell Street, Clonmel on this Friday night, March 14, when Paddy Blanche will play the music.

Whist drives

Two whist drives will be held in Clonmel this weekend. The first is at the Sisters of Charity School hall at Mary Street at 7.45pm on this Friday night, March 14, while the second is on at Clonmel Bridge Centre, Cashel Road at 2.30pm on Sunday, March 16.

Toastmasters

The next meeting takes place this Thursday, March 13 at 8pm at Raheen House Hotel. Anyone who’s curious about Toastmasters meetings, just come along Thursday night and you will get a warm welcome. The club normally meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from September to June. Enquiries to Anne at 086-1535188.

Mass of Thanksgiving and Farewell

All are welcome to the Mass of Thanksgiving and Farewell to the religious Sisters of Charity on Friday, April 4 at 1pm in Ss Peter and Paul’s Church, Clonmel. The Mass will be an opportunity to celebrate and say thanks to the Sisters of Charity for the work of the many wonderful nuns who have served the town for the last 168 years in education, Meals on Wheels and Marian Court.
