Cashel retain Tipperary senior hurling status

Cashel King Cormacs retained their County Tipperary senior hurling status with a six points win over Ballybacon-Grange in the relegation semi-final at Clonmel on Sunday.

The game finally took place following months of boardroom battles but on the field of play it was Cashel who came out on top.

Ballybacon-Grange have one more chance to retain their senior status when the South Tipperary side take on Borrisokane in the relegation final.
