Handball Tipp players are on form

Tipperary Adult and Juvenile players are having a great run in the Munster Championships. Our Juveniles Won 5 Munster titles at the weekend. In U-14 Doubles Padraic O'Donoghue and Jonathan Walsh from Cashel beat Aidan Kearns and Brian Sheehan from Cork.

In the Adult grades, in Junior B Singles, David Hickey (Ballina) beat John Ferncombe from Cashel in an all-Tipperary Munster Final. In Masters B Doubles John Lee (Ballina) and Paul Maher (Cashel) beat John Kiersey and John Noonan from Cork.

The last of the Munster finals take place this week with Jim Ryan (Slvrmines) and Pakie Mullins (Clonmel) up against Dan O’Brien and Tony Buckley in Diamond Masters A doubles.

In the Golden Masters B doubles Donal Quinn (Silvermines) and Brendan Power (Cashel) return to complete the Semi-Final against Cork’s Sean Daly and Dave Stack, a tie that was abandoned due to a wet court on Friday night. The winners meet Jack Dillon and Jimmy Fanning from Limerick in the Final. The Munster winners meet Ulster in the All-Ireland Semi Finals.
